1:1 iPads in Elementary

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Many schools have begun to make iPads a key resource for elementary students. Until now, this has been mostly through iPad carts. This year, NIST became one of only a few international schools to implement a 1:1 iPad program in elementary. This presentation will tell the story of the ups and downs of deploying and supporting over 600 iPads. Attendees will gain a basic understanding of the challenges and benefits of 1:1 iPads in elementary and the knowledge to design their own basic implementation road-map. It will cover both big-picture planning and technical details such as Apple ID management. Ample time for Q&A will be provided.
