Charlotte Diller has nearly 20 years of experience transforming teaching and learning in schools with a focus on identifying school needs, engaging all stakeholders, focusing on results and effectively utilizing current and emerging technologies to bring about systemic school improvement. (Yes, she started when she was 12.) Charlotte has a love for learning, a passion for play and a belief in teamwork to transform teaching and learning. Charlotte is currently the Head of Information Literacy and Staff Learning (Primary) at Chinese International School, a dual-language (English and Mandarin) Reception-Year 13 school in Hong Kong. She started out as a Middle Science Teacher in an inner-city Chicago Public School and then became Technology Resource Facilitator at a preK-8 laboratory/demonstration school in Evanston, Illinois, USA before moving halfway around the world to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In Kuala Lumpur, she held a variety of roles in technology and administration including Elementary School Technology Facilitator, Elementary School Assistant Principal, Middle School Technology Facilitator, PowerSchool Project Manager and school-wide (prek-12) Director of Technology overseeing both educational technology and infrastructure. Charlotte has Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, a Masters of Arts in Teaching and is an Apple Distinguished Educator (ADE) and a member of the ADE Greater China Advisory Board. She is also a Google Apps for Education Certified Trainer.
